Summer 2026 - Starts June 15 - August 8 (8 weeks)
- All groups will train at same time:
- Monday-Friday 5:30-7:30 pm
- 8 and under - 1 hr - (5:30-6:30pm)
- White Group (9 and over) - 1.5 hr (5:30 pm - 7 pm)
- Blue/Regional - 2 hours (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm)
- Saturday - 9-11 am (8 and under 1 hr 9:00-10:00am)
- Monday-Friday 5:30-7:30 pm
- AM - SWIM - Starts - June 29
- June 29-August 8 (6 weeks)
- Monday/Wednesday/Thursday
- 6 am to 7:30 am

- Meets see attached - USA and Suburban League
- All groups will train at same time:
USAM MASTERS SWIMMING - Fall/Winter/Spring (Tue/Thur 8-9 pm, Sat 8-9 am)

Location: Troy Boys and Girls Club, 7th Ave, Troy, NY 12180. ***Park and use the 6th Ave entrance in a fenced area near the playground.***
