Fall/Winter 2024 - Starts September 9 - April 2
- Red Group - Tue/Thur 5-6pm, Sat 9-10 am
- White Group - Tue/Thur/Fri 5-6:15 pm, Sat 9-10:30 am
- Blue Group - Mon/Wed/Fri 6-7:30 pm, Tue/Thur 6-7:30, Sat 10:30 am-12 pm
- Regional Group - Mon/Wed/Fri 6-8 pm, Tue/Thur 6-8, Sat 9 am-12 pm
USAM MASTERS SWIMMING - Fall/Winter (Tue/Thur 8-9 pm, Sat 8-9 am)
- Must have USA Master Registration/Insurance
Location: Troy Boys and Girls Club, 7th Ave, Troy, NY 12180. ***Park and use the 6th Ave entrance in a fenced area near the playground.***
