Welcome To Uncle Sam Swim Team

Uncle Sam Swim Team (USAM) is a community based athletic program which offers swimming at all levels to those who wish to pursue excellence in this sport. We serve swimmers who can swim a minimum of 25 yards. USAM trains at Troy High School, W.K Doyle Middle School, and Knickerbocker outdoor pool Lansingburgh (summer). We serve swimmers ages 5 - 18 all over Rensselaer County. The team is affiliated with United States Swimming, Inc. (USA Swimming) and Adirondack Swimming, Inc. We compete in local dual meets, district, state and national swimming competitions.
