Welcome To Uncle Sam Swim Team

Uncle Sam Swim Team (USAM) is a community based athletic program which offers swimming at all levels to those who wish to pursue excellence in this sport.  We serve swimmers who can swim a minimum of 25 yards.  USAM trains at Emma Willard (Fall/Spring) and Knickerbocker outdoor pool Lansingburgh (summer) and South Troy Pool (summer). We serve swimmers of all ages all over Rensselaer County.  The team is affiliated with United States Swimming, Inc. (USA Swimming) and Adirondack Swimming, Inc.  We compete in local invitational meets, district, state and national swimming competitions.
 

USAM MISSION STATEMENT:  To encourage the physical and mental development of dedicated swimmers through practice, competition, and team unity and to support the achievement of each swimmers personal goals.  To ensure the enjoyment and acceptance of swimming as a lifelong sport.
