We have streamlined the registration process and hope that you will find it easy. Please print, complete and return the attached forms for EACH SWIMMER you are registering. See handout below.

Meet Schedule  A complete schedule of Adirondack District meets is maintained on the District's website. Click here to go to the District's compilation of scheduled meets.

Meet Entry Form  Clicking on the link will provide you with a Uncle Sam Meet Entry form, which you can print out, fill out, and submit to the team.

A REMINDER: When we are guests at other facilities all swimmers should enter and exit the pool area through the locker rooms; wet swimmers should not be in the bleachers. Shoes must be removed prior to entering the pool/bleacher area. Swimmers and parents should dispose of all trash in the containers provided.
