Meet Announcement
Host: Uncle Sam Swim Team
Place: Troy High School Pool, Troy, NY
5 lane, 25 yard pool
Time: Warm-ups begin at 8 am and end 5 minutes before start of meet at 9 am.
Meet Director: Rob MacLeod, headcoach@unclesamswimteam.com,
Entry Rules: Swimmers may enter up to 2 individual entries plus 1 relay.
Rules from current USA Swimming Technical Rules will be in effect.
School Entries should be received by ______. Entries will be accepted the day of the meet, for individual, but the bulk of entries are
appreciated earlier.

Warm-ups: We ask that all swimmers enter the pool feet first during warm-up, we will designate sprint lanes for starts after initial warm-ups have
been run. We ask the you inform your swimmers of this rule.
Services: There will be food items as well as goggles for purchase at this meet.
Awards: Troy City School District is taking care of this - see Amy Jones.
